All tour leaders, city, local and museum guides employed by an organism or working independently who live in Switzerland and can justify of at least one year of working in this field. Language skill in french or german (at least a good level C1) is mandatory in order to attend the events of the association (general assembly, training) and to be able to communicate with the staff in hotel / restaurant / trains / boats / ski lifts / cabins, drivers or others in the country.
